I ordered an NBA jersey womens size xl on Dec 7 . It arrived 2xl.

After exhaustive attempts I reached a person who assured me hed reorder and send the right size. I mailed back the shirt and the new one arrived today again a 2xl. The order clearly states xl. I need this for Christmas and cannot reach a person to fix this and the talk line is not helpful.

Plus I dont have time for this back and forth and getting charged for a shirt that is again the wrong size my 2nd order number is 451-****-****. The price is wrong on this order and I am so upset I cant tell you.

This work and time Ive spent is time and money I dont have. Please help me !!!

I am very frustrated. You dont know when you order items how long it will take before they arrive.

The information only states how long the delivery takes after it is sent. I ordered two jerseys to take to my grandsons in Switzerland on October 13. Once I got the arrival info, one jersey wasnt going to arrive until after I left for Europedespite ordering on Sept 27. I waited for 1/2 an hour on hold before speaking to a customer service agent.

He was very helpful and that jersey has arrived. However, the other one has been sitting in processing for a week and isnt isnt scheduled to arrive until 10/11. I spent 45 min on hold today waiting to talk to customer service, despite being told it would be a 10 min wait. I finally hung up and called back and was told their customer service office wasnt open.

It was shortly after 2:00 pm!

Please help!

I am willing to pay expedited to have the other jersey get here in time. Or to cancel the order and have a new one sent out expedited service.

As a follow up to your email sent to me yestersay, we would like to clarify that we have NEVER received the purchased item stated in your email ( i.e Order#107-****-****, product#535****). This purchased item was returned back to you, without reaching to us at all.

We did NOT send it back to you, as stated, it actually was NEVER reached to us. My son has been waiting for it for months and months and we have been very surprised and extremely disappointed to receive your email below.

We are not sure who shipped it back to you and why it was shipped back to you, instead of being shipped to us, but since it was NEVER actually reached to us, the least you can do is refunding us back for this item, which was paid and NEVER received.

Ordine effettuato il 06/12/23, maggiorazione pagamento per spedizione in 3-5 gg. A seguito di mio primo reclamo tramite email del 03/01/24, il venditore risponde inizialmente che il materiale è stato smarrito, ma da numerosissime recensioni su internet pare che questa sia una risposta di comodo, molto probabilmente non veritiera.

Il venditore propone di procedere con nuovo ordine o rimborso e scelgo il nuovo ordine, ma non da più responso anche dopo ulteriori solleciti.

Sto procedendo, pertanto, alla richiesta di restituzione del pagamento effettuato tramite PayPal. Mi riservo, inoltre, di procedere quanto in mio diritto per una richiesta di risarcimento danni, poiché la merce era destinata al regalo di compleanno e di Natale per mio figlio che, tutt'ora lo sta ancora aspettando, e valutare se ci siano i presupposti per truffa online.
